Call for Nominations for the PEFA Advisory Board

The Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability (PEFA) is calling representatives of Governments, academia, NGOs, and development partners for nominations for its new standing PEFA Advisory Board. 

The PEFA Advisory Board will provide suggestions, feedback, and advice to the PEFA Steering Committee (SC) on selected issues related to the PEFA Initiative. The Board will meet at least twice a year virtually. The Board is a voluntary contribution by PFM experts and stakeholders interested in the PEFA initiative. It does NOT involve any payments towards compensation/ honorarium/sitting fees/reimbursement of costs etc by the PEFA Secretariat.  

Please see more details, including the different categories of nominations and the membership selection criteria in the attached Terms of Reference.  The PEFA SC committee will select the AB members based on the nominations received, as per the described criteria.

The PEFA Initiative is an autonomous partnership of the European Commission, International Monetary Fund, World Bank, and the governments of France, Norway, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the Slovak Republic, and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. PEFA Assessment Framework has been used to identify the strengths and weaknesses of PFM systems in more than 154 countries in different regions around the world.
