PEFA Flagship Training and
International Conference on PFM for Development Celebrating 25 Years of PEFA Initiative

PEFA Secretariat, in partnership with the Asian Development Bank, is organizing a PEFA Flagship Training and International Conference on PFM for Development, on June 23-26, 2026 for PEFA assessors, representatives of governments, development partners, academia, NGOs and other PFM professionals from all over the world.

The in-person training and conference will be in English and will be held at Asian Development Bank HQ in Manila, Philippines.

PEFA Flagship training will cover:

  • Basic elements of PEFA methodology, outcomes, pillars, indicators, and dimensions
  • Management of the PEFA assessment process
  • How to use PEFA for PFM improvement
  • PEFA supplementary frameworks: Gender, Climate

There are no fees to attend the conference and training. All related costs, including travel, accommodation etc., will be the responsibility of participants (or their sponsoring organizations).

Last day for applications is April 20, 2026. The accepted applicants will receive confirmation email and further detailed information.
