The Governments of France and Zambia, the United Nations Children’s Fund
(UNICEF) and the International Budget Partnership (IBP), are honored to invite you
to an event to discuss how credible government budgets contribute to the
achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with a particular focus on
delivering services and results for children and vulnerable populations.

The event will be held in English. Catering will be provided.
The session will include presentations from civil society, government, international
organizations and development partners on the challenges surrounding budget
deviations and recommendations for improving budget credibility. Participants will
have an opportunity to discuss how the budget credibility problem can be better
understood, controlled and mitigated.
