NOTE: The PEFA Secretariat does not recommend any course in particular. As there is no PEFA training certification by the PEFA Secretariat and program, PEFA training may be offered by any PFM specialist. The Secretariat is ready to assist other prospective PEFA course providers.
Other Providers of PEFA Courses
PEFA partners, such as the World Bank and European Union organize PEFA training sessions for their own staff and in some cases, participation is open to a restricted number of participants from other institutions. Information may be found on their respective websites.
A useful way to find information on planned PEFA training is to consult Train4Dev's PFM sub-group, a platform sponsored by a network of international development organizations. The PEFA Secretariat participates in training coordination through the Train4Dev network.
PEFA training is also being delivered by other international agencies, regional development banks and individual governments etc. The PEFA Secretariat may bring input to these activities on demand.
Support from the PEFA Secretariat
PEFA stakeholders, training institutions or individual trainers may request assistance from the PEFA Secretariat through an email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
The Secretariat's support is free of charge. The Secretariat usually also covers its own cost of co-facilitation, but financing by the event organizer of the logistic's cost for the Sefretariat is appreciated where possible and enhances the Secretariat's capacity to participate in facilitation.
